This page explains what we collect when you join the BuzzzAgentic waitlist, why we collect it, and how we look after it. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, if you give them.
• For businesses: your company name, website, work email, and the contact name and designation you provide.
• If you choose the fast-track step: your budget range, how you manage social media today, and the tools you use.
• Basic technical details from the form, such as the time of your signup and the page you came from.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about early access to BuzzzAgentic and about your place on the waitlist.
• To understand which teams we can help, so we prepare a useful setup before we speak.
• To send you the confirmation email and any booking link you request.

How we store it

Waitlist details are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and are only accessible to the BuzzzAgentic team. Confirmation and notification emails are delivered through Resend. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the providers we use to run this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period after, so we can contact you about your place. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we will action it.
